Informations about the shipping


We organized the shipment of any boxes by external transporter. We give him your order the same working day we receive your payment on our bank account. (in case of payment before 14h00). For international shipping, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working. We ship any pallets with an external transporter.

By accepting the order, you are agree with the good condition of your order delivered at the mentioned address. For any trouble due to the delivery of your order, contact our customer service.

The delivery time on our web site is mentioned for information purpose. This information is not binding delay. We do our best to respect the indicated delivery delay. We guarantee that you will receive it at least 30 days after the order confirmation. If with a lot of bad luck, we fail, the contract could be terminated. In this case, we will pay back, if its due, your payment, in the 7 working days or you will receive (on your request) an alternative product of the same value.

As a consumer, you are in right to report to VD Pack you give up your purchase for 14 days following the first day after of the date of the delivery or the date following the closing of the contract.

Before the return shipping, please contact our customer service. We could, that way, manage your return shipping as soon as possible. All the cost of this return will be at your expense.

When you wish to give up your purchase, you are in right to do so during the 14 days following the delivery of your order. The goods have to be sent back in the same packaging as the one you received, without any damage, accompanied by all the accessories and the copy of the invoice and delivery note

Within the 14 days following our agreement of the shipping back, we will pay you back if we have receive any amount.

The return of personalized goods is not accepted. Incomplete, used, damaged, or soiled goods by the consumer cannot be returned. The right of giving up your order is not in application to any packaging that the consumer has already opened or to any commercial orders (B to B).
